Rilwan Belo-Osagie (Managing Director) B.Sc (Hon), M.Sc, MBA

Mr. Belo-Osagie is a founding member of staff of FSDH and was appointed the Managing Director and CEO in 1998 after serving as the General Manager and Chief Operating Officer for two years. He is a graduate of the renowned Imperial College of Science and Technology, London and Strathclyde University, Glasgow and holds a Masters in Business Administration from The London Business School. Prior to joining FSDH, Mr. Belo-Osagie had worked with African International Bank Ltd and Chartered Bank Nigeria Ltd. in managerial positions. Mr. Belo-Osagie served as the chairman of the Nigeria Discount Market Association from January 1998 to January 1999.

     
   

Hamda Ambah (Executive Director) B.Sc (Hon), M.Sc, ACIS

Mrs. Ambah was appointed the Executive Director of FSDH in October 2009 having served as the General Manager for nine years. She is the Group head, in charge of the marketing teams including; Corporates (comprising the multinational, middle-tier corporations, telecommunications and the energy sector), Investors (comprising of Non-bank Institutional Investors and Private Clients), as well as the Port Harcourt and Abuja Regional Offices. She also oversees the Operations group and the Administration/Human Resource Unit. She is a 1980 graduate of the University of Lagos, Nigeria. She subsequently obtained post-graduate qualifications from the Imperial College of Science & Technology, London. Thereafter, from December 1982 she spent six years working at the International Merchant Bank Plc, Lagos, Nigeria. Prior to joining FSDH in 1993, Mrs. Ambah spent close to five years as a senior executive of Reuters Ltd in Nigeria, with major responsibility for the Nigerian sales accounts. Mrs. Ambah is a member of the Nigerian Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and was awarded the 1999 IBTC award for the best examination candidate in Corporate Finance.
     
   

Mr Gamaliel Ogheneruese Onosode (Jnr) CEO FSDH Securities Limited (B.A, M.A)

Mr. Onosode is the Chief Executive Officer of FSDH Securities Limited. He holds B.A and M.A degrees in Economics from Baylor University, Waco Texas, USA. He has over twenty years working experience in the Nigerian capital market. Before joining the organization, he was the Managing Director of Denham Management Limited and acted in that capacity for over two years. Prior to that, he was the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Eurocomm Overseas Limited and Matrix Capital Management Limited. Mr. Onosode had also worked with various organizations serving in key managerial positions ranging from Head of Stock broking to Group Head of Capital markets at RIMS securities and RIMS Merchant Bank Limited respectively. A seasoned and experienced marketer and Authorized Dealing Clerk of The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), Mr. Onosode is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS) and also a member of the Board of Directors in different organizations.
     
       
     
   

Robert Ajiamah B.Sc (Hon), M.Sc., MBA

Mr. Ajiamah heads the Risk Management unit. Prior to this, he was the pioneer Manager of our Abuja Regional Office and the Head of the Public Sector Unit; Mr. Ajiamah was responsible for servicing other customers in the Federal Capital. He is a graduate of the Obafemi Awolowo University, University of Lagos and Othman Danfodio University, Sokoto and has over 18 years of varied banking experience. Prior to joining FSDH in 1998, he had worked with several financial institutions including UBA and Ecobank in Senior Treasury Management positions. Mr. Ajiamah holds a Master of Science degree in International Relations and a Masters in Business Administration.
     
   

Richard C. Osuagwu ACA, MBA, CFA

Richard Osuagwu heads the Internal Audit Department of FSDH. He is a Chartered Accountant and a graduate of IESE (Spain) Executive MBA programme of the Lagos Business School. He joined FSDH in 1994 and has worked in both Operations and Financial Control Departments of the company. He was the Financial Controller prior to his appoinment to head the Internal Audit Department. Before joining FSDH he worked as a Senior Accountant at SCOA Nigeria Plc (Equip Division). 

     
   

OLUFOLA WILTSHIRE - LLM(Commercial & Corporate Law), BL

Fola heads the Human Resources and Administration Department. She is an alumna of the Kings College, University of London as well as the Lagos Business School; having attended the Senior Management Programme (SMP). Prior to joining FSDH, She was with the Nigerian American Merchant Bank (NAMBL). She has a career background in Credit Analysis and Marketing, Credit Administration and Risk Management.  

     
   

Gibson U. Mba B.Sc. (Hon), M.Sc., M.B.A

Gibson Mba heads the Information Technology function of FSDH. He obtained his B. Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (1987), his MBA from Enugu State University of Science and Technology (1998) and completed his M. Sc in Information Technology (Information Security Concentration) from the University of Liverpool, England in 2011. He also attended the Senior Management Programme (SMP) of the Lagos Business School. Prior to joining FSDH in 1993 as its pioneer Head of I.T., Gibson worked briefly in the Information Technology Unit of Diamond Bank. He joined Diamond Bank from International Computers Ltd (ICL), where he worked for more than three years as senior technical support personnel. In the more than 18 years that Gibson has worked for FSDH, he has supervised the successful implementation of many cutting-edge technology projects including two core banking applications and an ERP. He is a professional member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and Association for Computing Machinery (ACM).
